Here is a brief summary of today’s episode of “The Live True Podcast.” You can use this as a reference or reminder of key things you feel like you need to pay attention to or pass on to others, in the next 7 days of your life.
Ian Morgan Cron is a bestselling author, nationally recognized speaker, Enneagram teacher, psychotherapist, Dove Award-winning songwriter, and Episcopal priest. His books include the novel Chasing Francis, the spiritual memoir Jesus, My Father, the CIA, and Me, and The Road Back to You: An Enneagram Journey to Self-Discovery.
Ian draws on an array of disciplines—from psychology to the arts, Christian spirituality, and theology—to help people enter more deeply into conversation with God and the mystery of their own lives.
More recently, Ian has gained recognition for his work as a teacher of the Enneagram, an ancient personality typing system that identifies nine types of people and how they relate to one another and the world.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for developing self-awareness, cultivating compassion for others and ourselves, understanding our behaviors, and discovering the hidden motivations that powerfully shape the human personality. It provides a framework for how we can begin to live into our most authentic selves, and also reveals the wisdom and gifts that each personality type can offer to the world.
