Self -awareness wakes us from sleepwalking.
It prevents us from sabotaging our ourselves or our relationships with God and others.
The more self-aware you are, the more conscious you are of the impact your thoughts and actions are really having on the people you love and work with.
Self-awareness allows you to do the loving thing, the connecting thing, the supportive thing. It allows you to live free and unfazed by the people and situations that used to irritate, aggravate or pull you down.
