the shine beneath tarnish
a win above loss
the appointment inside disappointment.
It is a joy-filled seeker of
love
faith
beauty
and hope.
There is always hope.
Gratitude banks on its benefits
is humbled by its riches.
Though the journey is far from over
gratitude celebrates the distance it has come
and it sees God
everywhere.
Gratitude
grasps for the good
gives what it gets
and calls to the Greatness in everyone.
To gratitude
